Due to each order being custom made we require a 20 unit minimum for new orders. We accept 10 units for reorders.

Our standard turnaround time is 6 weeks.

If your order is urgent please let us know the date, and we’ll work with you to get it across the line.

We’re known for our ability to deliver on time, but please note that sometimes rare, unforeseen issues in production and shipping can delay arrival times. If this is the case, we’ll do our best to keep you up to date.

Once production art is approved we are unable to make any changes to the design or sizes ordered.

Please make sure you absolutely love the look of your apparel before finalising your order.

Orders can be cancelled prior to approval.

If you have paid your deposit and approved production art we are unable to cancel the order.

We accept credit card, cheque and payment via direct deposit.

For your petite frames, your beefy bods and all those in-between, our sizing chart can cater for them all.

Our sizes range from kids size 4 to adults 6XL but if you have any special requests you can shoot your questions over to us at info@cockie.au

Our sizing chart provides a guide of measurements that will confirm your correct sizing. If you have any specific questions the team are available to help you.

Tape measures are a great way to identify your own measurements in centimetres (cm), and this helps you select the right fit from the get-go.

Top tip: You can also measure any similar products that you currently own, instead of your body.

Our custom-made orders are dispatched within 6-8 weeks.

We’ll send you a notification and tracking once your order is out for delivery.

All gear should arrive to you in perfect condition, but if you have any concerns, you can send us an email to info@cockie.au letting us know of anything you’re not totally satisfied with.

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns for items that are simply change of mind, and as we don’t have total control over the shipping process, we can’t accept returns for items that arrive beyond the given delivery timeframe.

If you run into any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with you to solve the problem. Customer satisfaction is at the top of our priority list and one of those “little supplier” details we’re known for.
